We are not responsible for information shared through permissions granted by you.
PeritiMalta is a tool designed to assist professionals.
The preparation, accuracy, completeness, and professional suitability of any report generated using the Service remain entirely your responsibility.
PeritiMalta does not verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of reports, photographs, measurements, notes, or conclusions entered by users.
Some features of the Service may require payment or an active subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, or features at any time. Any changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for during the active billing period.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable.
However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
